peanut butter breakfast milkshake

Most days I have this smoothie for my breakfast. It is a healthy and tasty start to your day. If you like peanut butter I would definitely give this a try. ( this recipe makes enough for 1)


You will need-

  • A blender
  •  1 banana
  • 285ml milk
  • 1 tea spoon cocoa powder
  • 1 table spoon peanut butter
  • 3 table spoons of oats


Add all ingredients into blender, blend and then pour in to a glass. Enjoy!
